Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt of your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item is damaged or defected, we will be happy to refund or replace the item. Simple send us pictures of the order in question to tenacehelp@gmail.com


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We happily will exchange an item if you are not 100% happy, simple contact us and let us know what you would like it exchanged for. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at tenacehelp@gmail.com


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or you where sent the incorrect item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Cancellations

We always try our best to cancel your order, so we advise you contact us ASAP if you would like to do so. However if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would still like to cancel for a refund then a 10% cancellation fee will be applicable. We will refund this 10% when your order arrives and you decide to keep it or when the item is returned back to us, simply email us to confirm the receipt of the item and your decision.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.

We process all orders in 1-4 days to ensure product quality, then once dispatched these are estimated times of arrival*

USA & UK: 7 - 15 business days
Europe: 10 - 15 businessdays
Australia, New Zealand: 10 - 18 business days

I Put The Wrong Address For My Order, Can I Change It?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped or processed then we can update your delivery address no problem. If the order has been shipped or processed then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Has My Order Been Dispatched Yet?

Orders are generally processed within 1-4 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there.

If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us on support@noozier.com and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

My Package Arrived Damaged

Something not right with your order?

We are happy to help. Please send photos & videos of the damaged product to: tenacehelp@gmail.com and we will assist you further. We must be notified within 48 hours of package arrival. We require photos or videos to best assist you.

I Need To Cancel or Change My Order How Do I Do This?

We always try our best to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped or processed then we cannot cancel your order. When your order arrives and you decide to keep it or return it back to us, simply email us your decision.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.

Can I Get a Refund or Return The Product?

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to get a refund, items must be in the condition you received it in with the box, packaging and all accessories included.

I Ordered 2 or More Items, Why Did I Only Receive One?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from our different warehouses that are closest to you with stock available. So you may receive one item before the next. However there is no need to worry is this is totally normal you will get all of your items!
