Every Tenace order is covered by our 60-Day Happy Cat Guarantee. Give your fountain a fair try, and if your cat won't use it - or you're not happy for any reason - we'll give you a full refund. No restocking fees, no runaround. Every fountain is also backed by a 1-year warranty.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
Email us at tenacehelp@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number (for example #1234) and a short note about the issue. We reply within 1 business day with the next steps, including the return address if a return is needed. Please do not send anything back before contacting us first.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, or a fault develops within the first year, email us a photo or short video of the problem and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund - whichever you prefer.
RETURN SHIPPING
If an item is faulty, return shipping (when a return is needed) is on us. For change-of-mind returns under the guarantee, we ask you to cover the return postage.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5-10 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We process orders quickly (within 24 hours on business days), so if you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, no stress - it's still covered by the 60-Day Happy Cat Guarantee.
