We ship worldwide, and every order is fully tracked.

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days of shipping, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first update in the carrier's system - that's normal.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Products marked with free shipping ship at no extra cost.

 

WRONG ADDRESS OR ORDER CHANGES

 

Made a typo in your address? Email us at tenacehelp@gmail.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we'll do everything we can to correct it before dispatch.

 

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

 

If your tracking hasn't moved in over 10 days, or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - you'll never be left out of pocket.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

 

International orders may occasionally be subject to local customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Most of our customers never pay any.
